He was predeceased by: his aunt Kathy. He is survived by: his pet Lucy; his brother Justin Bickford; his daughter Elle; the father of his child Alex; his son Jackson; his close friend Amanda; his parents, Valarie Hale (Kevin) and Nathan Packard (Jan); his siblings, Hannah (Pete), Ashley (Mark), Alison, Cole (Mariah), Eli (Anne), Tyler (Jolene), Andrew (Ashleigh) and Robbie (Alyssa); and his grandmother Darlene Hale. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews and friends.
