He was predeceased by: his parents, Gosta "Gus" and Lucy Skoog (Swears); his wife Edie Lou Skoog; his son Lennie; and his siblings, Patricia Skoog Duncan and Dennis R. Skoog.
He is survived by: his son Eric; and his nieces, Wendy D. Crossman (Richard) of Camden and Barbara Barbara Meadows of Washington.
