He is survived by: his parents, Charles Walter and Ruth Philbrook (Chandler); his wife Leanette Guptill; his children, Iris Tory Pratt (Dennis), Luke Philbrook and Shelley Ames (Darren); his grandchildren, Ansel Andrews and Iris Andrews; and his siblings-in-law, Lewis Grant and Hazel Philbrook.
