It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Franklin Cole (Vienna, Maine), born in Skowhegan, Maine, who passed away on March 11, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Cole and Dorothy Cole-Lewis (Crocker); his stepfather Seth Lewis; his father-in-law Gordon Snell; and his brother-in-law Michael Phelan.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Cole of Vienna; his children, Janet Ladd (Hal) of Mt. Vernon, Wendy Gagnon (Don) of Strong, Larry Cole (Ella) of Winthrop and Andrew Cole of Vienna; his grandchildren, Richard Ladd (Elizabeth) of Turner, Ashley Ladd of Mt. Vernon, John Cole (Abby) of Auburn, Curtis Cole of Winthrop, Amber Soha (Nick) of Chesterville and Hailey Fowle of Farmington; and his sisters, Maxine Pierce (Russell Walker) of Nederland and Marilyn Bickford (Roger Bard) of Benton. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
