She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl S. Cook and Adeline F. Cook (Booth); her siblings, Calvin Buzzell (Kay) and Betty O'Farrell (Earl); her siblings-in-law, Eugene "Pete" Lessor, Robert Purvis (Marianne), Marilyn Cook, Phyllis Williams (Marion) and Sharon Briggs (Dean); her son-in-law James D. Chaousis; and her pet Max Alexander.
She is survived by: her husband Everett D. "Ted" Purvis; her daughters, Sheryl Ann "Sherry" Chaousis (Purvis) and Carol Jean Craig; her siblings, Rita Braley (Harlan), Ellen Lessor of Newport and David Cook of Dexter; and her siblings-in-law, Richard Purvis (Ruth) of Bangor and Helen Cannon (Dell) of Bossier City, LA.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
