He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Welch (Ross); his sons, Jeffrey Welch (Beth) of Levant and Scott Welch (Patty) of Veazie; his sister Loretta Ryan (Bill Dean) of Glenburn; his cousin Paul Wickett (Kim); his uncle Mason; and also Kim Wickett.
