He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Bartley Sr. and Mary A. Torsney; his aunt Millie; his father-in-law Clayton Harris; and his grandfather Joe.
He is survived by: his close friends, Beth, Teddy, Bonnie, Tim and Wayne; his wife Jane Harris-Bartley; his daughter Tara Townsend (Sam); his stepdaughter Rene Lindsay (Chris); his grandchildren, Millie, Addie Townsend, Emerson and Harrison Lindsay; his mother-in-law Nancy Harris; his brothers-in-law, Wayne and Jerry Harris (Lynda); his nieces and nephews, Alyson and Jade; and his grandchildren, Mckenziey and Clayton.
