She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Dyer and Myrtle Dyer; her great grandchild Hadlee Brown of Farmingdale, Maine; and her brother Bobby Dyer (Norma) of Lambert Lake, Maine. She is survived by: her husband Richard Monk of Vanceboro, Maine; her children, Brian Monk (Beth) of Belgrade and Cheryl Long (Mark) of Vanceboro; her grandchildren, Anthony Monk (Maureen Mahaney) of Mount Vernon, Maine, Colleen Brown (Dustin) of Farmingdale, Maine, Katrina Long of Bangor, Maine and Kayla Long (Anthony Peters) of Bangor, Maine; her great grandchild Laynee Brown; and her siblings, Eleanor Dyer of Vanceboro and Otis Dyer Jr. of Lambert Lake, Maine..

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vanceboro Community Center (101 High St, Vanceboro, ME 04491). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family would welcome donations to the Vanceboro Community Center or the Vanceboro United Methodist Church.
