Gloria O'Brien Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gloria O'Brien of Vanceboro, Maine, who passed away on May 6, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Cogswell and Edna Cogswell (Scott); her husband Edward O'Brien; her children, Cynthia Astorino, Barbara Mersereau and Scot; and her siblings, Shirley, Joyce, George, Merlin, Roger and Tony.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth McIver (Freda) of Lambert Lake, Jeffrey McIver of Bangor and Susan O'Brien Brownell of Brewer; her siblings, Catherine Croker (Gary) of Ontario, Evelyn Cleghorn (Edward) of McAdam, NB and Manford Cogswell of McAdam, NB; and her friends, Theresa Monk, Eleanor Dyer, Marilyn Eales and Mary-Lou Blair. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
