He was predeceased by: his parents, Abel Lajoie and Annie Lajoie (Thibodeau); his wife Phyllis Lajoie (Bouchard); and his brothers, Garner, Conrad Lajoie and Kenneth Lajoie.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Lajoie (Lorraine) of Van Buren, Susan Lajoie of Van Buren and Kathy Lajoie of Ellsworth; his siblings, Bernard Lajoie of Portsmouth, NH and Anneleen Loughlin of Portsmouth, NH; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Matthew, Sarah, Amy, Keith, Kelly and Brandon. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
