She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Jacques and Theresa Jacques (Levesque); her former husband Harold Ouellette; her husband Lionel Pelletier; her son Gene Ouellette; her granddaughter Tracie Tardif; and her brothers, Eddie and Leon Jacques.
She is survived by: her children, Tanya Pennington, Daniel Ouellette, Darylin Tardif, Nadine Cyr (Marty), Charlene Cormier (Bob), Kevin Ouellette (Donna) and Tim Ouellette (Patsy). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
