She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Paradis and Mamie Paradis (Dale); and her siblings, Wallace and Elizabeth. She is survived by: her daughter Laura Blake; her granddaughter Skylar Addy (Peter VanDeets); and her caregivers, Karen DeRosby, Katelynn, Santana and Shadai.
