He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry H. Cushman and Eileen M. Cushman. He is survived by: his wife Linda Seube; his children, Lane Cushman (Debora Reynolds), Susan Gillen and Jennifer Gagnon (Troy Gagnon); his granddaughter Kelsey Allen (Gage Allen); his great grandchild Bailee Allen; and his brother Peter Cushman (Licia Cushman).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
