She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcellus "Crosby" Pearse and Alice Eleanor Pearse (Libby); her husband William Raymond O'Jala; her children, John, William "Billy" O'Jala and Karen Weaver; and her siblings, Basil Pearse, Donald Pearse, Marian Leonard, Barbara Ludwig, Florence Beverage and Geneva Hall.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey O'Jala of Union; and her grandchildren, John "Chris" O'Jala Jr., Julie Cruz, Mark O'Jala, Patrick Weaver, David McCarty, Jamie O'Jala and Jennifer O'Jala. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In 2021, amidst the pandemic, her family threw her a 100th birthday party, drive thru style at her beloved church in Union.
