He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Harvey and Augusta Harvey; his wife Faye Harvey (Elwell); and his siblings, Milfred, Ralph Jr., Reggie, Vera and Clara.
He is survived by: his brother Raymond Harvey; his sons, James Harvey of Hope Maine, Kerry Harvey of Union Maine and Yancey Harvey of Union Maine; and his close friend Richard Shannon of Appleton. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
