He was predeceased by: his parents, Luke E. Church, Sr. and Bernice H. Sweeny; and his siblings, Marielen Kehoe (Maureen Ciasullo), John, Raymond "Yamo" and Michael.
He is survived by: his children, Mary B. Katende, Mathew LeGallo, Luke A. Stone, Chris Davis and Gabe Church; his sisters, Bernice Kehoe, Shere Doxie and Bernadette Schmitz Reilly; and his niece Tracy Dolan of Saint George. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; 11 nieces and nephews; 13 grand-nieces and nephews; and a great-grandniece.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Luke's name to the following organizations; Pope Humane Society, Blessed be the Bullies, Make a Wish or Union Rescue.
