It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lee C MacFarland of Union, Maine, born in Rockland, Maine, who passed away on November 1, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elston MacFarland and Mildred MacFarland (Collins); and his brother Bruce MacFarland. He is survived by: his uncle Harland; his friend Bill W.; his wife Fran MacFarland of Union; his children, Joe McDaniels (Deborah O'Cannon), Carol VandenBrock, Laurie Anne McDaniels (Mark Rossiter) of Union and April Foley (Tim) of Buxton; his grandchildren, Brittany McDaniels, Dillon McDaniels, Hunter McDaniels-Rossiter, Tucker McDaniels-Rossiter and Michael Foley; his great grandchildren, Mildred and Lee Foley; his sister-in-law Lois MacFarland; and his friends, Jim Goodness, John Reilly of Union, Sherwood Hilt of Union and Lee. He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
