He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. Plummer and Jane Plummer (White); his wife Barbara Plummer (Matthews) of Turner; and his sister Anne Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Gail Vincent of St. Petersburg, FL., Scott Plummer (Virginia) of Turner and Craig Plummer of Turner; and his brothers, Blaine Plummer of Monmouth and William Plummer (Barbara) of Falmouth. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
