He was predeceased by: his son Zachary; and his father Lawrence. He is survived by: his daughter Bethany House; his wife Dennette Butterfield of New Sharon, Maine.; his mother Laverna; and his siblings, Darleen, Richard, Mary Beth, Alicia and Jason. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and in-laws.
