She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley E. Waite and Hilda Waite (Lishness); her husband Rodney Shaw; and her siblings, Clinton, David and Geraldine Waite.

She is survived by: her sister Barbara Angell; her brother-in-law Joe Shaw (Linda); her nephews, Kenny Shaw (Darcy) and David Shaw (Julie Ann); her niece Nancy Ricker (Harry); her grandchildren, Andy (Megan), Kendall (Alicia), Sam Ricker (Tomi Marie), Morgan Hanc (Ryan), Emily Py (Taylor), Savannah Shaw and Donovan Shaw; and her great grandchildren, Thomas, James, Spencer, Charli Kay, Kylie, Hazel, Sammie, Jessie and Natalie.
