He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Kenney; his wife Ruth Taylor; and his daughter Susan Taylor Cote. He is survived by: his children, Shirley Hartwell of Turner and Scott Taylor (Cindy) of Fort Myers, FL; his grandchildren, Lindsay Valentine of Lithia, FL and Brian Taylor of Fort Worth, TX; his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Tristan and Victoria Valentine of Lithia, FL; and his pet Daisy.

“I just found out of Ken's passing and so sorry to hear. Ken was a great person and was always kind to me when I was married to Sue and with his wife Ruth I could have not asked for better in-laws. He was the type of guy that would do everything on his own without anyone's help but would be the first one to help you if you needed it. He will be sorely missed, and I will never forget him.”
