She was predeceased by: her parents, Hartley James and Ruth James (Blackstone); and her siblings, Daniel James and Lois Woollard. She is survived by: her husband Alvin Varney (Al); her children, Mikala Burleigh (Tom) and Kate Timms (Ryan); her grandchildren, Arden, Maeve Burleigh, Reagan, Brody, Waverly and Cannon Timms; and her siblings, Diane Wilcox (Larry), Errol James (Nancy), Owen James, Cary James and Darlene James. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in honor of Kathi can be made to the GriefShare Support Group at East Auburn Baptist Church.
