We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2019, at the age of 98, Gladys Sawyer (Turner, Maine), born in Providence, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Reginald Durgin and Elizabeth Durgin (McCarthy); her sons-in-law, Winston Gilbert and Les Csenger; and her siblings, Maeville, Helen, Maddy, Doris, Richard and Robert.

She is survived by: her spouse Russell E. Sawyer; her daughters, Patricia Gilbert of Turner, Betty Csenger of Windham, NH, Sandra Csuka (Gus) of Stratford, CT and Audrey Lynch (Tom) of Sequim, WA; and her brother John Durgin (Dawnlyn) of North Turner. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren.
