He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Varney and Etta Berry Varney; and his son Andrew Varney. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jordan; his children, Alvin and Lindy; his brother Charles Varney; his grandchildren, Mikala (Tom Burleigh), Kate (Ryan Timms), Jacob Varney and Matthew (Kimbre Varney); his great grandchildren, Logan, Luke, Gideon, Luther, Amos Varney, Reagan, Brody, Waverly, Cannon Timms, Arden and Maeve Burleigh; and his daughter-in-law Pauline Varney.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions at this time, the family has chosen to have private services for Mr. Varney.
