Frances V. Westleigh Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Small and Anna Small; her siblings, Gilbert, Oliver Small and Lucy Brown; her son Dwight Westleigh; and her husbands, Kenneth Westleigh, Robert Lachance and Milford Westleigh.
She is survived by: her sons, Wayne, Bruce Westleigh (Sandra), Robert and Richard Lachance; her daughter-in-law Vicky Westleigh; and her close friend Gloria Levenstallar. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
