With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edith Sampson of Turner, Maine, who passed away on May 26, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. and Jennie Lind Cox, Sr. (Silver); her husband Wayne "Skip" Sampson; and her siblings, Roy, Wesley, Francis, Donald, John, Merle, Eva, Nettie, Sylvia, Irene and Eleanor.
She is survived by: her daughters, Charlene Tikander (Neil) of West Paris and Penny D. Sampson of North Turner; her grandson Max Tikander; her sister Susan L. Cox of Turner; and her siblings-in-law, Carol Cox of Perkins Valley, Goldie Sampson of Turner, Linda Gauthier (Bob) of Turner, John Mason of Livermore, Philip Quirrion of Livermore and Merle Buck, Jr. of Livermore Falls. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
