He is survived by: his brother Forest Alan Fish; his sister-in-law Mary Fish; his son Kevin R. Fish; his daughter-in-law Kate Fish; his grandchildren, Isaac and Kelsay Fish; his children, W. Forrest Fish and Sarah Arielle Lindstrom-McLaughlin (Kevin); his grandchild Cadence Mclaughlin; his nieces, Darlene Turnage, Patti Schjenken, Melissa Churchill and Dannielle Brown; and also, Tina Fish and Matthew Fish.
