He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Hinkley; and his sister Rhonda Hinkley. He is survived by: his mother Christine Hinkley of Turner; his wife Jodie Hinkley (Roberts); his children, Sheila M. Hinkley Twitchell (Jesse) and William B. Hinkley of Turner; his grandson Abbott; his sister Cathy Hinkley Pratt (Wallace "Butch" Pratt) of Greene; his fiancée Sheryl Flament of Auburn; and his granddaughter Ava. He is also survived by his nieces, close friends, and extended family.
