As we bid Althea farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Althea is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Brookshire and Harriet Brookshire (Dooley); her sisters, Margie and Grace; her half-brother Fred; her husband Dr. Thomas L. Jones; and her son Robert.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Jones Jr. (Vickie), William Jones (JoAnne) and Stanley Jones (Jeonghee); and her granddaughter Susan Caron (Edward). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
