He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Morgan and Holly Lamiette; his spouse Ardis M. Tibbetts (Kelley); his children, William Jr., Laurie Stevens (Todd) and Wendy Westerlund (Jon); his grandchildren, Joshua Tobias, Zachary Tobias (Jonsy), Kayla Stevens (Joshua), Steven Goudreau, Sami Goudreau, Bruce Morgan II and Brandon Morgan; his great grandchildren, Amelia, Ryan and Ava; and his siblings-in-law, Meade Tibbetts, Debbie Tibbetts and Arnold Kelley.
