He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth McGowan and Ethel McGowan (Wakefield); his wife Janice Dunphy; and his brother James McGowan. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Huffer (Alan) of Detroit and Rhonda Kennedy (Martin Harris) of Oakland; his grandchildren, Ashley Kennedy (Adam Aranda) of Palmdale, CA, Kristi (Chris) of Bree, Megan Huffer (Sam Roberts) of Sangerville and Shane Huffer of Portland; and his great grandchildren, Audrey, Amelie Aranda, Marlowe, Ira Roberts and Finnegan of Bree. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
