He was predeceased by: his parents, Harriett Bixby (Grover) and John F Bixby, Sr.; and his siblings, Donna Rowe, Sylvia Ashby and Bobby McKee.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Bixby; his children, John F. Bixby III and Rebecca Martin (Michael Martin); his brother-in-law Lloyd Rowe; and his grandsons, Daniel Martin, Luke Martin, Gabriel Martin and Jared Martin. He is also survived by husband to his wife for 53 years and loved his children.
