He was predeceased by: his parents, Natale Mazzeo and Ruth Mazzeo; and his sister Joy Collins. He is survived by: his wife Diane Smith of Thomaston; his sons, Mikial Mazzeo (Lori) of Thomaston and Anthony Mazzeo (Sarah) of Appleton; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Mazzeo of Sebec and Timothy Mazzeo of Rockland; his sister Candace Pepin (Luc) of Augusta; his niece Stephanie Gibbs (Rodney); and his nephew Dwight Collins (Beth).
