He is survived by: his close friend Katy Rydell; his brother Norman Parent; his former wife Jeanne van Gemert; his stepchildren, Michael Lucy and Cybele Maness; his grandchildren, Jolie and Zadie Maness; and his friend Phil Cloutier.
