She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Elwood F. Hiscock; her mother-in-law Addie Hiscock (Knowles); her daughter Marcia; her husband Perley Smith; her siblings, Merrill Hiscock, Robert Hiscock, Leander Hiscock, Gilbert Hiscock and Elizabeth Vining; her sons, Robert Haley and Rickey Haley; her grandchildren, Treva David and Jimmy Tripp; her children, Carol Proctor (Danny), Jeffrey Barker (Cheryl), Cindy Rollins (Mark), Terri Maxwell, Susan Sylvia (Lynn), Kenneth Smith and Wendy Haley; her siblings, Joe Hitchcock (Gilly) and Marie Smith (Omer); and her former husband George Barker. She was also cherished by 30 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren; and several brother and sister-in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
