He is survived by: his siblings, Dylan Cooper, Chelsea Ferraiuolo of St. Petersburg, FL and Zaira Ferraiuolo of Louisville, KY; his grandparents, Eunice Shurtleff and Jerry Burdin; his uncles, James, Jolene Burdin, Daniel and Darcy Shurtleff; and his aunt Dianne Henderson.
