She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Patterson (Snow) and Harry Patterson; and her sister-in-law Gail Sanborn (Krienke). She is survived by: her husband Thomas Moore III of Stockton Springs; her daughter Hannah Moore (Nathanial Littlehale); her grandson Isiah of Pownal; her children, Eben, Allyson Moore of Stockton Springs and Jacob Moore (Kelsea Wortham) of Monroe; her grandchildren, Rainer, Branch, Etta Jo and Perrin; her siblings, Donald Sanborn of Stockton Springs, Pamela (Sanborn), Brad Cahill of Woolwich and Harry (Linda Patterson); her family, Alison Moore, Colin Moore, Gretchen (Moore), Daniel Peaco and Eric Moore; and her friend Belinda Brewer. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider making a donation to the Stockton Springs Fire Department's new firehouse fund, 217 Main St, Stockton Springs; or What's One Moore Animal Rescue, 29 Partridge Lane, Stockton Springs.
