It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blaine Atwood (Stockton Springs, Maine), born in Kingfield, Maine, who passed away on April 18, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Glenna Wotton Atwood; his sisters, Thurley and Nadine; and his brothers-in-law, William Tardy, Whitfield Curtis and George Wotton.
He is survived by: his children, Atwood Builders, Susan Atwood of Stockton Springs and Randal; his daughter-in-law Debra of Hampden; his grandchildren, Ashley Megquier (Aaron) of Belfast, Bethany Purinton (Amon) of Brewer, Joshua Atwood (Nicole) of Honolulu and Elissa Hamblen (Ben) of Salem; his great grandchildren, Rowan Megquier, Retta Megquier, Ewan Purinton, Hazel Purinton and Kai Atwood; and his sisters-in-law, Doris Tardy, Linda Wotton of Houlton and Donna Curtis of Bangor. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
