He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph H. and Yvonne Pelkey Sr. (LaBrecque); his wife Bernita Pelkey of Stetson; his sons, Richard Pelkey Jr. (JoDee) of Kansas, Ronald Pelkey (Lisa) of Swans Island and Brian Pelkey (Dawn) of Stetson; his stepchildren, Justin Griffin (Amy) and Linda Manno; his siblings, George of Georgia, Howard of Newport, Mike, Bernice Currier of Florida and Sandra Pelkey of Oakland; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Amanda, Levi, Clayton, Bradley, Brandon, Joseph, Jacob, Harper, Brooklyn, Brady, Cotton, Jacob P., Nicholas, Nathan, Ariella, Landon and Colby. He was also cherished by five great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
