He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Victor Fowler and Nina Fowler (Eaton); his children, Richard (Marie) of Greene, David, Jr. of Phoenix, AZ, Trudy of Bangor and Terri of Glenburn; his sister Carol; his girlfriend Carol; his children, Tara, Joe of Bangor, Cherri of Trumbull, CT and Trent (Laurie) of Kansas City, MO; and his grandchildren, Austin, Meredyth and Bridget. He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren.
