He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Pinkham and Silas Pinkham; and his niece Katie Green. He is survived by: his daughter Roxanne; his wife Holly Rowe Pinkham; his daughters, Jessica Pinkham of Milford and Jennifer Heward of Nazareth, Pennsylvania; his stepchildren, John Brooks (Heather Ireland) of Porter and Tina Rea (Roy) of Buxton; and his sisters, Melissa Flynn of Westbrook, Rebecca Yahm of Venice, Jane Palmer of Standish and Roxanne Shaw of Inglewood, Florida.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
