He was predeceased by: his parents, True W. Day Sr. and Lilla Harmon (Black); his granddaughter Andrea Brown; his stepparents, Howard Harmon and Helen Day; and his brothers, Howard "Butch" Harmon Jr., Reginald Harmon, Richard Day, Robert Day and Roger Day.
He is survived by: his wife Bertha Day of Standish; his children, Doreen Webber (Phillip) of Steep Falls and Dennis Day (Kristen) of Standish; his sisters, Bonnie Gomes of Limington and Martha Hohorst of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Ashley Barr, Kayla Brown, Devon Day and Tabitha Day; and his great grandchildren, Joslin Gagne, Mackenzie Roberts, Mason Bean and Peyton Barr.
