He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles N. Watters and Donna Ruth Peakall. He is survived by: his children, Alicia Berg, Kris Berg of Standish, Charles Watters of Standish, Matthew Watters and Dianne Watters of Portland; his siblings, Anne McKenna and William; and also Bob McKenna. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, one great grandchild and one on the way, along with nieces, nephews and friends.
