He is survived by: his son Christopher Katahdin Kokoll; his friend Mimi Davis; and his siblings, Tony, Kenny and Marcia. He is also survived by many cousins, and seven nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Living Waters Christian church in Buxton, Maine or to the Animal Refuge League of Greater Portland.
