He was predeceased by: his father Larry Penney. He is survived by: his mother LouAnn "Whitlock" Penney (Whitlock); his daughter Hailey Penney; and his siblings, April Penney of Westbrook, Crystal Briggs of Windham, Stacey Sprinkle of Washington and Walter Penney of Windham. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
