He was predeceased by: his father Harold Hughes; and his brother Dana Hughes. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Hughes; his wife Lynn C. Hughes; his daughters, Christina Tillson and Marie Tillson; his sister Janet Hughes; his grandchildren, Daina, Emily, Molly, Leah and Robyn; and his great grandchild Clayton.
