He is survived by: his mother Cynthia Small; his wife Lisa Wickham Small; his children, Michael McMahon and Jackie Hand; and his siblings, Rocky Noyes, Chuck Noyes, Danielle Lock, Christina Aiken and Shavonna Noyes.
