He is survived by: his parents, Michael Waterhouse and Debra Waterhouse (Kerouac) of Springvale, Maine; his wife Emily Stackpole of Sanford, Maine; his brother Tim; his nephew Lucas Waterhouse of Sanford, Maine; and his grandmother Jeannette Kerouac of Chepachet. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
