He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Burke and Julia P. Burke (Foley); his wife Debra D. Burke; and his sisters, Diane Marie Burke of Windham and Jean Elizabeth Burke.

He is survived by: his siblings, Dana (Linda Burke) of Scarborough and Julie Thoits of Norway; his stepdaughter Kimberly (Bob LeClair) of Saco; and his cousin Patti Watts. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
