He is survived by: his wife Jayne Abrahamson; his children, Christine Nilson McCarthy (John) of Colchester, CT and Robin Nilson (Kitsie LaRock) of Guilford, VT.; his granddaughter Olive; his sisters, Lois Nilson Howard of Washington, D. C and Barbara Chamberlain; and his parents, Frank Nilson and Alice Alberta Nilson (Tessmer).
